In this Intermediate Level Class, the exercises for strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance intensify. Movements are more challenging and in turn help to further reduce falls risks and inspire confidence. Grab some light weights (or cans!) and a water bottle! Start with 2 or 3-pound weights. When you’re ready, you can move up a couple pounds. Recommendation: Do not use more than 5-pound weights.
